The main (factory floor) studios all have ceiling heights of approximately four metres - there are also smaller office-sized studio spaces with sensational views over Northcote. All studios are newly built, with fresh plaster walls, undercoated walls, new door locks, and wide access doors. Artery Cooperative has a fully-appointed workshop attached to the studios and range of associated services are available. Broadband access is available on request. Artery's Helen street studios specifically caters to artists with an established career who are seeking a long-term home for their practice. The studios are at 105-107 Helen street, Northcote - near the intersection of Seperation and High streets. There is limited parking (none onsite), but public transport access is excellent with trams on High street and nearby St George's road. Northcote train station is only a block away. Artery has taken out a long-term lease on the Helen Street site. Consequenlty, we fully intend to be an on-going and accessible creative presence in local area.
